OAK is a neighborhood restaurant from Chef’s Shaun and Jessica Wolf located in historic downtown Hanover.
OAK’s menu is simple & seasonal American cuisine with Mediterranean influences. Experience the nostalgia of OAK’s artisan cooking techniques featuring signature wood-fired pizzas, hearth-grilled meat & seafood, market-driven vegetables, and scratch made desserts.
Reservations may be made 30 days in advance via RESY and walk-ins are always welcome. Our bar and communal seating is first-come, first-served.
OAK offers semi-private dining options and is also available for private buy-outs.

A terrific restaurant cannot exist without a captain. Jessica has devoted over ten years to Artisans & Oak, and brings that same dedication and passion for hospitality and experience to OAK. Her influence is indelible and extraordinary. An irreplaceable individual, she is the heartbeat of our restaurant.

SHAUN WOLF
As a native Hanoverian, Shaun Wolf grew up in a family that celebrated cooking. As a youth he regularly accompanied his grandmothers on weekly trips to the Hanover Market where he garnered an appreciation for fresh ingredients and local producers.
